ADEQUACY OF THE AMERICAN CENTRIFUGE OPERATING, LLC, SUBMISSION OF THE NRC FORM 314 CERTIFICATION, DATED APRIL 25, 2024, ESTABLISHED ALL LICENSED MATERIAL UNDER SNM-7003 HAD BEEN DISPOSITIONED ADEQUATELY AS REQUIRED BY 10 CFR 70.38(J)(1).
The Uranium Recovery and Materials Decommissioning Branch has reviewed the Form 314, provided by the American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO), dated April 25, 2024, (ADAMS Accession Number ML24135A205) providing certification of the disposition of all licensed material, including accumulated wastes per the requirements of 10 CFR 70.38(j)(1).
We find the information in the ACOs NRC Form 314 to be adequate to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 70.38(j)(1) to certify the dispositioning of all licensed material, including accumulated wastes.
