Consignees located in ultimate destinations, specified on this license, who possess the necessary authorization to receive and possess the exported radioactive material.
3 Export of Category 2 quantities of Am-241, Am-241/Be, Cs-137, Co-60, lr-192, and Se-75, contained in sealed sources for use in industrial radiography, oil well logging, gauging, brachytherapy and calibration, are authorized to countries listed under 'Country(ies) of Ultimate Destination.'
Licensee is responsible for compliance with all applicable export, and other domestic regulatory requirements, including all terms and conditions of domestic material possession license(s).
Licensee must submit pertinent documentation required by 10 CFR 110.32(g)(2) at least 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> prior to shipment. See Page 3 for Mandatory Advanced Notifications.
Licensee shall submit by February 1 of each year one copy of a report of all americium shipments (under this license or under a general license) shipped during the previous calendar year required by 10 CFR 110.54(b). The report must include: (1) a description of the material, including quantity; (2) approximate shipment dates; and (3) a list of recipient countries, end users, and intended use keyed to the items shipped.
License PXB11 a.05 is superseded upon the issuance of NRC license PXB11 a.06, amending its authority. This export license revises the list of "Country(ies) of Ultimate Destination" by removing Belarus, Bolivia, China, Peru and Russia.
