RECOMMENDATION AND REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF DECOMMISSIONING TECHNICAL REVIEWER QUALIFICATION FOR NATHAN FUGUET As provided for in Section 1248-08 (Qualification Board) of the NRC Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC)-1248, Formal Qualifications Program for Federal and State Material and Environmental Management Programs, dated April 19, 2013, this memorandum recommends that Nathan Fuguet be granted qualification as a Qualified Decommissioning Technical Reviewer, under IMC-1248, Appendix G.
A qualification board was held on September 3, 2024, with the board consisting of Chris McKenney, Gregory Chapman, Amy Snyder, and Jen Whitman as chair. The board recommends qualification of Nathan Fuguet, as he has completed all required activities and successfully defended his knowledge at the board. The board recommended five look ups that have been completed.
Attached to this memorandum is a copy of Nathans completed IMC 1248, Appendix G, qualification card and a draft qualification certificate, to be signed by Nathans branch chief upon approval of this memo.
