So sorry for the delay. Yes, this will be an annual report we are required to send, unless the law changes, which I doubt.

We do have some guidance.

we would be happy to share it with you.

AARO UAP Reporting Guidance.

Good afternoon. Just following up on your report to Congress. In the future, will this be an annual requirement for AARO? If so, I presume youll request data from the NRC each year. As a result, does AARO have any UAP reporting guidelines for government agencies or the military as part of your reporting requirements to Congress? If so, Id like to receive a copy of any such guidance in an effort to improve our reporting guidance for NRC licensees.

In the past, weve sent out flyover guidance for aircraft and unmanned aerial systems to our commercial nuclear power plants and Category I fuel cycle facilities. In 2021, we updated this guidance requesting more details concerning UAS flight characteristics, size, time duration, number of UAS, etc. You saw the results of this guidance in the spreadsheets I sent you as part of your Congressional request. Id sincerely appreciate any insights and further guidance you can share with us concerning UAP reporting guidance/requirements. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. And, look forward to our continued working relationship.
