SUMMARY

OF THE AUGUST 8, 2024, PUBLIC OUTREACH TO DISCUSS THE NRC 2023 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF DRESDEN NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3 On August 8, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CDT), an information meeting was held by representatives of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to provide the public with information on the 2023 End-of-Cycle plant performance assessment of the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3, and with general information on the NRC. The meeting was held via webinar. The NRC representatives were available to discuss plant performance with members of the public. Representatives from Constellation Energy were also present at the event.

The NRC discussed their assessment of Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 performances during the public outreach. The assessment information was documented in the February 28, 2024, End-of-Cycle Assessment Letter (ADAMS Accession Number ML24058A490). Members of the public were given the opportunity to ask questions of NRC staff.
