Intent to Request an Amendment of Docket 71-9319, Framatome MAP-12 and MAP-13 Shipping Container.
Reference:
NRC Certificate of Compliance Number 9319 Revision 14.
Framatome Inc. (Framatome) wishes to inform the NRC that we intend, per the provisions of 10 CFR 71.19(c), to formally request an amendment to Certificate of Compliance 9319 for the MAP packaging in the December 2024 - January 2025 timeframe. This request is in support of our Advanced Fuel Management project and increasing fresh fuel assembly enrichment values up to 8 wt.% 235U.
