Hi Nick,

As discussed previously, the NRC is proposing to change the agencys RAI due date for the

"[DBA] Methodology for In-Vessel Events without Radiological Release" topical report. The NRC is proposing to move the date from 6/7/2024 to 7/10/2024.

The revised RAI due date assumes that the audit exit occurs by 6/28/2024.

This email, along with TerraPowers response, will be added to the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) and will be made publicly available.

Please reply in concurrence to this change in RAI due date.
