PART I.D -- COMMENTS
The FOIA office received your request on April 4, 2024. Because there has been some congressional interest in the telework program at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), we tasked the Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA) for any records that includes data responsive to your request. In addition, we tasked the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) to ascertain whether they maintain such data.
OCHCO staff was able to extract some of the data you requested; that spreadsheet is enclosed. In addition, the subject of NRC's telework program was addressed in two congressional responses that are already publicly available in the NRC's official record repository, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] under accession numbers ML23038A022 and ML23142A053. These letters include some of the data you requested.
