By letter dated January 10, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML24107A098) NAC International, Inc. (NAC), requested consolidation of the safety analysis report associated with Certificate of Compliance No. 9225, for the Model No.
NAC-LWT package.
The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 71.17, General License: NRC-Approved Package and 49 CFR 173.471.

CONDITIONS In addition to minor editorial changes, the following changes have been made to the certificate:
Condition 3(a) was revised to reflect the applicants new address.
Condition 3(b) was revised to reflect the date of this consolidated application.
Condition 20 was revised to allow use of previous certificates for a period of time.
The consolidated application date was added to the REFERENCES section.
CONCLUSION These changes do not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71.
