Docket Nos. 50-250-SLR-2 50-251-SLR-2 NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff is filing this notification to inform the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and the parties in this matter that on March 29, 2024, the Staff issued NUREG-1437, Supplement 5a, Second Renewal, Site-Specific Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants Regarding Subsequent License Renewal for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4, Final Report. This final site-specific environmental impact statement is related to the subsequent renewal of Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-31 and DPR-41 for an additional 20 years of operation for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units 3 and 4 (Turkey Point).
