The purpose of this letter is to provide notice that, pursuant to direction provided by the Government, BW XT Advanced Technologies, LLC (BW XT AT) will no longer be pursuing post-operational transport of the Pele demonstration reactor after use at Idaho National Laboratory.

BW XT will immediately discontinue all activities related to said transport and will no longer be seeking NRC review on the Radioactive Material Packaging Quality Assurance Program Description (ML23269A102).
