The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is to discuss a proposed License Amendment Request applicable to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, which would revise the fuel handling accident analysis and the outage related fuel decay time requirement
