Submittal of Environmental Report Reference in Support of the TRISO-X Fuel Fabrication Facility License Application By letter dated September 23, 2022 (Reference 2), TRISO-X submitted an Environmental Report related to the license application for a fuel fabrication facility in Oak Ridge, TN. The NRC issued a request for additional information (RAI) by letter dated November 20, 2023 (Reference 3), and TRISO-X provided a response by letter dated December 20, 2023 (Reference 4). The TRISO-X response to RAI 2-1 ER-TR-1 provided a description of the traffic study required by the City of Oak Ridge, which included results and recommendations that TRISO-X will implement. As requested by your staff during review of the RAI response, the enclosure to this letter contains the traffic study (also referred to as a traffic impact analysis).
