Purpose:
The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is to discuss a proposed license amendment request for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant to revise the completion time for Condition E of Technical Specification 3.7.11, "Control Room Emergency Air Temperature Control System (CREATCS)."
