Dear Sir/Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR §71.38, Orano Federal Services LLC (Orano FS) submits this application for renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9379 for the model 1105-SD transportation package [1]. Revision 0 of the 1105-SD CoC expires on March 31, 2024.
There have been no changes to the CoC or the Safety Analysis Report for the Model 1105-SD Package [2] since the initial application was submitted [3]. Furthermore, no packagings have been manufactured. Orano FS has a quality assurance program, approved by the NRC, which satisfies the provisions of Part 71, Subpart H Quality Assurance [4].
