In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, on April 3, 2023, I requested that you review the Japanese Certificate of Approval No. J/2044/B(U)F, Model No. JMS-87Y-18.5T transport package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession Number ML23101A035 and EPID L-2023-DOT-0005). On June 14, 2023, you sent a Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding this review. Our applicants reply to the request was sent on June 27, 2023. The attached is our applicants reply to issues and questions that were raised in a July 12, 2023 teleconference held to discuss the June 27, 2023 reply.
