Comanche Peak DSEIS Comments

blob:https://www.fdms.gov/c973acbf-eb43-4b2a-bf17-c63eab309e77 1/1 Comanche Peak provides the following comments on the Comanche Peak Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) NUREG-1437 Supplement 60 ML23299A252.

Submitted by Todd Evans, Manager, License Renewal, Comanche Peak

Comment DSEIS Section DSEIS Page Comment 1 Table 3-5 3-13, 3-14, Editorial - there are a number of duplications of 3-15 equipment in this table.

2 3.3.3 3-16, 3-17 Editorial - in the 3rd paragraph of this section, there are several sentences that are duplicated.

3 Table 2-1 2-21 The Land Requirements section for the NGCC Alternative in this table states An additional 40 ac (16ha) would be required for the associated BDTF. Section 2.3.2.2 (page 2-24 line 1) for the NGCC Alternative states that the BDTF would be cited within 400 ac. Vistra believes the 400 ac is more appropriate and recommends Table 2-1 reflect this.

4 3.5.1.2 3-32 line 43 The water storage tanks are stated to have a capacity of 524,000 gallons. The correct capacity is 524,500 (reference section 2.2.3.5 of the ER).

5 3.6.1 3-51 line 9 The acreage is incorrectly stated for the freshwater forested/shrub wetlands. It should be 335.46 ac (135.75 ha).

6 3.8.4.1 3-100 line northern long -eared bats should be tricolored bats.
