As requested by your letter dated December 14, 2023, enclosed is certificate of compliance No. 9252, Revision No. 11, for the Model No. 51032-2 transportation package. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staff's safety evaluation report is also enclosed.
Framatome Inc. is registered as a certificate holder and user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 71.17, General license: NRC approved package, or 49 CFR 173.471, Requirements for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved packages. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.

The certificate has been updated to Revision No. 11.
CONDITIONS The following change has been made to the CoC:
Condition No. 11 was updated to reflect the January 31, 2029, expiration date of Revision No.
11 of the certificate.
CONCLUSION Based on the statements and representations in the renewal request, the staff finds that this change does not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 71.
