OF DECEMBER 18, 2023, TELEPHONE CALL WITH CENTRUS-AMERICAN CENTRIFUGE OPERATING, LLC REGARDING DRAFT REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PHYSICAL SECURITY OF SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL On December 18, 2022, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff participated in a telephone conference call with staff from American Centrifuge Operating (ACO), a subsidiary of Centrus Energy Corp., to discuss and clarify a draft request for additional information for ACOs license amendment request involving changes to its physical security plans. The summary of the telephone conference call is enclosed.
The enclosure to this memorandum contains OUO-SRI information. Therefore, the enclosure will not be publicly available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System.
