Good afternoon, Rick,

The staff started the review of the SKODA application. There are a few issues that need to be addressed:

1. Some portions of the application are not fully translated to English, including the drawing in the certificate. The applicant needs to verify that the application and its accompany documents are fully translated in English.

2. The applicant needs to submit an affidavit identifying each document considered proprietary.

I will appreciate that you communicate these items to the applicant.

I will provide additional information as the review progresses. The staff expects to issue RSIs, if any, in February 2024.
