This is in response to your FOIA request received by the NRC on November 28, 2023.
The number of FTE by fiscal year is referenced in the annual NRC "Information Digest" publication.
Figure 7 of the most current "Information Digest" (NUREG-1350, Volume 34, 2022-2023) contains the number of NRC FTE from 2012 to 2022. This information can be located on page 13 of Section 1 "NRC: An Independent Regulatory Agency" at https://www.nrc.gov/docs/ML2304/ML23047A373.pdf.
You had requested the total number of sick hours taken by NRC FTE from 2017-2023 (to date) in a previous FOIA request (FOIA-2023-000231) received by the NRC on September 22, 2023 to which we provided you a response on October 3.
In this new request, you asked for the same information, but from 2018 to 2022. The responsive record is publicly available in ADAMS at https://adamswebsearch2.nrc.gov/webSearch2/main.jsp?AccessionNumber=ML23291A086, a copy is also attached to this response.
