WESTINGHOUSE NON-PROPRIETARY CLASS 3 LTR-RAC-23-68 Enclosure 3 Enclosure 3 Amendment No. 4 to Standby Trust Agreement for License No. SNM-1107 (Non-Proprietary)
Westinghouse Non-Proprietary Class 3 AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO STANDBY TRUST AGREEMENT The STANDBY TRUST AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") originally made and entered into as of th the 30 day of December 2016 by and between Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (herein d referred to as the "Grantor") an [ ] a,c . as the "Trustee", is hereby amended by this Amendment No. 4 as follows:
I. The existing Schedule B is replaced with the Schedule B to this Amendment No. 4.
- 2. Except as set fonh herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
