5 Meeting Logistics

• The NRC is actively soliciting comments to aid the staffs environmental review

• Public comments are sought at specific points during the meeting

• No regulatory decisions will be made at todays meeting

6 V.C. Summer Subsequent License Renewal

• The Subsequent License Renewal Application for V.C. Summer Unit 1 was submitted on August 17, 2023

• The current Renewed License expiration date for V.C. Summer Unit 1 is August 6, 2042

• If a license renewal is granted, it will be for an additional 20 years
