Related to the email from Ms. Fergen (ML21131A072), Tony and I agree that the first sentence of the email is misleading and should not be referenced in the SER. The Part 20 controlled area boundary (owner-controlled area) is not synonymous with the Part 72 controlled area, as indicated by the map in ML21102A397. I believe what she intended was that the Part 72 controlled boundary is within the Part 20 controlled boundary, which is also described in the email.

In any case, Tony and I agree that it would be more appropriate to reference the boundaries docketed by ZionSolutions in ML21102A397. It might be appropriate to remove ML21131A072 from ADAMS, if that is possible.
