PURDUE LICENSE STATUS OF TIMELY RENEWAL By letter dated July 21, 2023, Purdue University submitted a request for renewal of their Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 70 special nuclear material license (SNM-0142) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. This initial renewal request was submitted within the timely renewal requirements under 10 CFR 70.38(a) but was incorrectly marked. By letter dated September 18, 2023, the application (including all of the enclosures) were re-submitted with the correct security markings and docketed and added to the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) accordingly (ADAMS Accession No. ML23268A087).
