SMR, LLC is pleased to submit the Licensing Topical Report, Quality Assurance Program for Holtec Internationals Small Modular Reactor Design and Construction, HI-2230815 R0. SMR, LLC notified the NRC of its intent to submit a Quality Assurance Topical Report describing SMR, LLCs Quality Assurance Program during a pre-application public meeting held on December 6, 2022 (ML22329A006). This Topical Report describes the activities covered by SMR, LLCs Quality Assurance Program and is applicable to design, construction, procurement, and testing activities.
SMR, LLC respectfully requests NRC acceptance review be completed and a review schedule be provided within 60 days of the receipt of this letter.
