As requested by your letter dated July 21, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML23202A041), enclosed is Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9196, Revision No. 31, for the Model No. UX-30 transportation package. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staff's safety evaluation report is also enclosed.
TN Americas LLC is registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 71.17, General license: NRC-approved package, or 49 CFR Section 173.471, Requirements for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved packages. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
