CR 202303427 - Per NRC recommendation, changed flowchart to notify the NRC Operation Center prior to notifying the NRC Resident Inspector. Moved the Resident Inspector to only be notified when an initial classification is made or when a change of classification is made per the Resident Inspector. This change is associated with Planning Standard 50.47(b)(5). The procedure process remains unchanged, but the order of the steps was changed. Notifications to the NRC Operations Center and Resident Inspector are still made and therefore, there is no impact to the Planning Standard.
