Dear Scott Murray:
As requested by your application dated September 23, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML22266A187), as supplemented June 12, 2023, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance USA/9309/B(U)F-96, Revision No. 13, for the Model No. RAJ-II package. The certificate of compliance has also been renewed for a 5-year term. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff's safety evaluation report is enclosed.
Global Nuclear Fuel has been registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Section 71.17 or 49 CFR 173.471. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of
S. Murray radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
