Dear Dir. Warden:
Enclosed is an application dated June 26, 2023, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) from Source Production and Equipment Co., Inc., requesting amendment No. 10 to its export license PXB14b.09-R. This license presently authorizes the export of Category 2 quantities of Cobalt-60, Iridium-192, Selium-75, and Yttrium-169 contained in special form capsules or sealed sources.
The purpose of the amendment is to add Dominican Republic to the list of Country(ies) of Ultimate Destinations.
The NRC will perform an internal review. The NRC intends to issue the requested license after the 30-day time period allotted for public review has expired, and it is determined that the applicable export license criteria are met.
