ACTION:
Final rule.
SUMMARY
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to indicate a change in the commercial telephone number for the NRC 1 s Region V Office located in Walnut Creek, California. These amendments are necessary to inform the public of these administrative changes to NRC regulations.

September 2, 1991.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The commercial telephone number for the NRC 1 s Region V Office will be changed, effective September 2, 1991.
This notice is being published to inform the public of the change in the commercial telephone number.
Because these amendments deal wi th agency practice and procedure, the notice and conment provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act do not apply under 5 U.S.C. 553(b)(A).
Good cause exists to dispense with the usual 30-day delay in the effective date because t he amendments are of a minor and administrative nature concerning a change in a telephone number.
Environmental Impact: Categorical Exclusion The NRC has determined that this rule is the type of action described in categorical exclusion 10 CFR 51.22(c)(2). Therefore, neither an environmental impact statement nor an environmental assessment has been prepared for this final ru le.
Paperwork Reduction Act Statement This final rule contains no information collection requirements and therefore is not subject to the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 {44 U.S.C. 3501, et seq.).
