Nuclear Fuel Services , Inc. (NFS) , hereby submits NFS Site Security Physical Protection Plan, Revision 026 (24X-23-0002) . The changes are being transmitted as 10 CFR 70.34 changes which require review of effectiveness before implementation into the security program . These changes are made to reflect the rescission of the NRC Denial Confirmatory Order dated February 29 , 2000 . A technical justification has been included for your review.

Further administrative adjustments have been made within this same revision . These administrative adjustments are being transmitted as 10 CFR 70.32(e) changes and do not lessen the effectiveness of the security program. Each change is clearly annotated in the Record of Revision to assist the reviewer.

Documents transmitted contain National Security Information. When separated from enclosures, this transmittal document is Unclassified.
