2 This license authorizes the export of two wide range fission chambers. Each chamber may contain up to 1.81 grams of uranium, enriched to 93 percent maximum, as a U3O8 coating on an internal sealed electrode.
[Note: the small quantity of special nuclear material contained in each chamber meets the criteria for an NRC General License at 10 CFR 110.21, but as a reactor component, the fission chambers do not meet the criteria for an NRC General License under 10 CFR 110.26. This specific license authorizes the export as a reactor component, but any applicable regulatory requirements for the included special nuclear material must still be met].
