NOTICE OF ERROR ON TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION {TS} PAGE 3/4 8-3 BACKGROUND 23-107 RO 50-395 NPF-12 During the preparation of the camera-ready pages for the previously submitted VCSNS LAR 20-203 (ML21102A127), Application for Technical Specification Change Regarding Risk-Informed Requirements to a Licensee-Controlled Program, an administrative error was introduced into VCSNS TS page 3/4 8-3. A condition report was generated. More specifically, erroneous information was included in surveillance requirement (SR) 4.8.1.1.2 a.3 of the VCSNS TS. The page with the incorrect information was subsequently transmitted to NRC as part of the camera-ready pages.
VCSNS TS SR 4.8.1.1.2 a.3 was not part of the proposed changes in LAR 20-203 submittal. The TS mark-up page provided in LAR 20-203 showed the correct content of SR 4.8.1.1.2 a.3, as shown in Attachment 3 of LAR 20-203.
REQUEST This letter provides a replacement SR 4.8.1.1.2 a.3. The corrected content as shown in of LAR 20-203, is as follows:
"Verifying the diesel generator can start* and accelerate to synchronous speed (504 rpm) with generator voltage and frequency at 7200 +/- 720 volts and 60 +/- 1.2 Hz."
