This is a Closed meeting. This covers closed meeting sessions requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1), which relates to correspondence and reports to or from the NRC which contain information or records concerning a licensee's or applicant's physical protection, classified matter protection, or material control and accounting program for special nuclear material not otherwise designated as Safeguards Information or classified as National Security Information or Restricted Data.
Purpose:
Meeting between the NRC staff and Abilene Christian University (ACU) to discuss topics related to security requirements and plans for ACU's proposed Molten Salt Research Reactor (MSRR). This will be a closed meeting to allow for discussion of sensitive (security-related) information.
