- 1) NRC Acceptance of LES Risk Assessment for Classified Networks (ML22285A240), Dated Nov 7, 2022 In Reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA), the acceptance letter for the LES Risk Assessment for Classified Networks. The acceptance letter included a requirement to create a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) to address the missing info types to be added to the required conditions for the Interim Authority to Operate.
In accordance with the Conclusions of the Acceptance of Louisiana Energy Services Risk Assessment for Classified Networks, UUSA is providing the Authorizing Official and Chief Information Security Officer the Data Types for Classified Systems to fulfil the second condition. provides the Data Types for Classified Systems document that was prepared in accordance with the Risk Assessment condition. contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
