Enclosed is the Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) Owners Activity Report (Form OAR-1, Report Number WCRE-30 Rev. 6, I4-P3-RF25) for inservice inspections performed after Wolf Creek Generating Stations (WCGS) Refueling Outage 24 (RF24) that concluded on May 15, 2021, and up to, and including, WCGS Refueling Outage 25 (RF25) that concluded on November 20, 2022. RF25 was the first refueling outage of the third period of the fourth interval of the WCNOC Inservice Inspection Program. The enclosed report is submitted pursuant to the requirements of paragraph IWA-6240 of the 2007 Edition through 2008 Addenda of Section XI of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ASME Code Case N-532-5, N-706-1, N-892, and N-858.
