Enclosed is the Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) Owners Activity Report (Form OAR-1, Report Number WCRE-36 Rev. 5, I3-P2-RF25) for containment inservice inspections performed after Wolf Creek Generating Stations (WCGS) Refueling Outage 24 (RF24) that concluded on May 15, 2021, and up to, and including, WCGS Refueling Outage (RF25) that concluded on November 20, 2022. RF25 was the first refueling outage of the second period of the third interval of the WCNOC Containment Inservice Inspection Program. The enclosed report is submitted pursuant to the requirements of paragraph IWA-6240 of the 2013 Edition of Section XI of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ASME Code Case N-532-5 and N-892.
