- Louis, This email is to communicate TVAs intention to provide additional written information for NRC consideration in making a final determination on the subject AV. In accordance with the Choice Letter dated March 2, 2023, the response will be marked as Response to An Apparent Violation (EA-22-122). TVA intends to submit a written response to the NRC no later than April 11, 2023 with the reason for the apparent violation and details surrounding our corrective actions.
