XSNM3806 ULTIMATE DESTINATIONS: Republic of Korea and Spain QUANTITY(IES) DESCRIPTION OF MATERIAL(S) OR FACILITY(IES) 0.16 kilograms (kgs) of uranium containing up to 0.15 kgs of uranium-235, enriched to 94 WGT % maximum. The uranium will be contained in 37 fission chambers, each containing up to 8.0 grams of enriched uranium.
The purpose of the amendment is to: 1) add Central Nuclear Asco Ultimate located in Tarragona, Spain as an Ultimate Consignee; 2) extend the date of expiration from June 30, 2023, to December 31, 2023; and 3) update the licensee's point of contact.
Conditions 3, 4, 6, and 7 on Page 2 of this license apply to this export.

Condition 4 The material to be exported under this license shall be shipped in accordance with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear material in 10 CFR Part 71 and 10 CFR Part 73.

Condition 7 The shipper shall complete and submit a DOE/NRC Form 741 for each shipment of uranium, thorium, and plutonium (i.e., source or special nuclear material) exported under this license.
