Herndon`, VA, 20171 Email:mh38s@icloud.com General Comment I encourage the NRC to swiftly and affirmatively process TRISO-X's application to manufacture much needed nuclear fuel. In particular the climate change benefits of this inherently safe nuclear fuel clearly outweigh the minimal impacts of the manufacturing process. This is due to the fact that no carbon dioxide is emitted as it is in the combustion of fossil fuels in coal or natural gas power plants, or even in the case of the massive amounts of CO2 released during the fabrication of wind turbine systems, and in the intensley energy demanding processing of silicon for solar photovoltaic systems. America needs this new generation of nuclear power systems, and the NRC must expedite the approval of TRISO-X's fuel fabrication facility in Oak Ridge Tennessee. Thank you.
