I am happy to inform you that NARA has posted the Federal Advisory Committee Records Management Assessment Report.
NARA greatly appreciates your participation in this records management assessment. The information gathered will not only aid other Federal agencies with their email management but has also informed our guidance and policy development.
With this in mind, you will find attached a letter from the Chief Records Officer for the US Government identifying areas where your agency can make some improvements. We request that your Agency Records Officer review the report and these recommendations and, in response, develop a plan to address these issues.
We are also including a list of NARA points of contact below as requested by several agencies.
