REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE REVIEW OF THE MODEL NO. TN-40 PACKAGE
Dear Don Shaw:
By letter dated December 16, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No [ADAMS] ML21350A282), TN Americas LLC submitted an amendment request for Revision No. 4 to Certificate of Compliance No. 9313 for the Model No. TN-40 package. The staff accepted your application, with Observations, for a detailed technical review on June 15, 2022 (ADAMS No. ML22164A321)
In connection with our review, we need the information identified in the enclosure to this letter.
We request that you provide this information by July 10, 2023. If you are unable to meet this deadline, you must notify us in writing no later than July 1, 2023, of your submittal date and the reasons for the delay. The staff will then assess the impact of the new submittal date and notify you of a revised schedule.
