Dear Dir. Warden:

Enclosed is an application dated January 24, 2023, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) from Alpha-Omega Services, Inc., requesting an amendment to their current active license PXB6.40, for the export Category 1 quantities of Cobalt-60, contained in sealed sources, to Canada and Sweden; and export of Category 2 quantities of Iridium-192, contained in sealed sources for use in medical brachytherapy devices, to Japan.

The purpose of the amendment is to make a correction to Party for Export # 109:

If no dissenting public comments are received, and all applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the amended license, after the 30-day comment period.
