WITHDRAWAL OF NUCLEAR ENERGY INSTITUTE GUIDANCE DOCUMENT, NEI 22-03, DRAFT REVISION 0, NUCLEAR GENERATION QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION (EPID L-2022-TOP-0058)
Dear Mr. Richter:
By letter dated October 17, 2022, Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) submitted a guidance document, NEI 22-03, Draft Revision 0, Nuclear Generation Quality Assurance Program Description, for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22298A229). A clarification call was held on November 28, 2022, to discuss the scope and technical adequacy of the NEIs submittal. As a result, by letter dated December 8, 2022, NEI withdrew its submittal (ADAMS Accession No. ML22353A107).
By this letter, the NRC acknowledges the NEIs withdrawal of the subject document. Further, Enterprise Project Identification Document (EPID) L-2022-TOP-0058 associated with this submittal is closed.
