The purpose of this letter is to withdraw the October 17, 2022, request1 for NRC review and endorsement of Nuclear Energy Institute2 (NEI) 22-03, Nuclear Generation Quality Assurance Program Description, dated September 2022. Changes in industry priorities have negated the imperative for review of the guidance document at this time.
