RESPONSE TO LETTER LES-22-157, REQUEST FOR PRE-DECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE FOR APPARENT VIOLATIONS, NRC INSPECTION REPORT 07003103/2022007; EA-22-086
Dear Mr. Padgett:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed your letter Request for Pre-decisional Enforcement Conference for Apparent Violations, NRC Inspection Report 07003103/2022007; EA-22-086, dated December 16, 2022, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML22350A709), requesting a 30 day extension to hold a pre-decisional enforcement conference (PEC) in response to the two Apparent Violations (AVs) documented in NRC Inspection Report 07003103/2022007, dated December 8, 2022 (ADAMS Accession No. ML22341A606). Based on the review, the NRC staff concludes that an extension is acceptable, and will seek to schedule the PEC in late January or early February.
This letter, its enclosure, and your response (if any) will be made available for public inspection and copying at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html and at the NRC Public Document Room in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding.
