DESCRIPTION OF MATERIAL(S) OR FACILITY(IES)
This license is amended to: 1) increase the quantities authorized for export by 14,874 kilograms (kg) of U-235 contained in 318,361 kg uranium, from 17,397.0 kg of U-235 contained in 380,716.0 kg uranium; and 2) extend the expiration date from December 31, 2023 to May 31, 2042; and 3) add Louisiana Energy Services (LES) obligations.
The license is authorized to export a new cumulative total of 32,271 kg U-235 contained in 699,077 kg uranium, enriched to 5.0 % w/o maximum, as uranium dioxide pellets encapsulated in sealed fuel rods and assembled into completed fuel assemblies.
The shipment of Australian, Canadian, EURATOM, and LES obligated material is authorized.
Conditions 3, 4, 6, and 7 on page 2 of this license apply to this export.

The material to be exported under this license shall be shipped in accordance with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear material in 10 CFR Part 71 and 10 CFR Part 73.
Reserved This license authorizes export only and does not authorize the receipt, physical possession, or use of the nuclear material.
The shipper shall complete and submit a DOE/NRC Form 741 for each shipment of uranium, thorium, and plutonium (i.e., source or special nuclear material) exported under this license.
