BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 - CORRECTION OF ERROR INCURRED DURING ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT NO. 322 (EPID L-2021-LLA-0217)
Dear Mr. Barstow:
The purpose of this letter is to issue a correction to the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (Browns Ferry), Unit 1, Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-33.
During issuance of the subject amendment (Agencywide Documents and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22220A260) on November 21, 2022, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Browns Ferry, Unit 1, TS page 3.3-28 with the word Level missing from Surveillance Requirements (SRs) 3.3.3.2.2 and 3.3.3.2.3. The marked-up pages in the license amendment request dated December 3, 2021 (ML21337A227), showed the SRs with the word Level included.
The NRC concludes that this correction is entirely editorial in nature and does not change the staffs previous conclusion in the safety evaluation for issuance of Amendment No. 322, nor does it affect the no significant hazards considerations, as published in the Federal Register on February 22, 2022 (87 FR 9653).
Enclosed, please find corrected TS page 3.3-28 for Browns Ferry, Unit 1.
