Additional Content Changes:

Description Section 4.1.3, last sentence on Pg 19 currently reads: Separate FSS Plans will be developed for VBWR and EVESR, reflecting the different completion dates.

Because the residual contamination in the VBWR will be transferred to the EVESR license this sentence is replaced with: An FSS Plan will be developed for both the VBWR and the EVESR facilities with a completion date supporting the final license termination date of the EVESR license.

Description Section 4.1.3, last paragraph currently reads: The VBWR FSS will verify that any residual radioactive material will not pose a potential radiation dose to workers or public in excess of the 10 CFR 20, Subpart E, decommissioning dose criterion of 25 mrem per year, considering that VBWR remains bounded by the 300 Area which falls under the EVESR license.

This sentence is deleted because a separate Final Status Survey (FSS) will not be performed for VBWR.

The FSS will be performed under the EVESR license and will include the VBWR facility.
