BecausetheresidualcontaminationintheVBWRwillbetransferredtotheEVESRlicensethissentenceis replacedwith:AnFSSPlanwillbedevelopedforboththeVBWRandtheEVESRfacilitieswitha completiondatesupportingthefinallicenseterminationdateoftheEVESRlicense.
